Marcy Thompson, M.Ed, BCBA
As a behavior clinician I have been in this field for over 13 years. Prior to that, I have worked as a Case Manager, a Team Leader, and a Direct Support Professional. I have served others in many roles in this field for over 30 years.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and I have my Masters Degree in Special Education. I have a background working with a wide variety of ages (age 3-80) and a wide variety of diagnoses. I believe it is important to improve the quality of life and self-advocacy of each individual and family that I work with.

Carey Calhoun, M.A
Hello! My name is Carey Calhoun. I live in North Vernon, Indiana. I have a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism and have been a Behavior Consultant for 3 years.
My favorite thing about working with individuals and their families is getting the opportunity to help them meet their individual goals by providing support, encouragement, and motivation every step of the way. It is important to me that individuals know their needs and goals matter and that I am a positive support and influence in their lives. I truly believe anyone can achieve anything with the appropriate support and resources.

I love spending time with my husband and two sons. Reading, hiking, listening to music, spending time outdoors, decorating and organizing my home, writing, creating crafts with my Cricut, and traveling are some of my favorite things to do!
